Refusing to paste - minor problem

Using OO version 4.1.16 on Windows 11.

The sequence that seems to lead to this problem is:
1. Copy text off another app (website via Chrome).
2. Paste text (ctrl/shift/v - unformatted) into existing document in OO writer. This works OK.
3. Go back to website and copy more text.
4. Go back to OO and try to paste text into same document. This doesn't work.
I know the text is in the clipboard, because if I go to Notepad and try there, it works fine.

If I repeat steps 3 and 4, then it does work OK.

Strange! Only a minor nuisance, but perhaps worth reporting. Can anyone replicate?
