[Solved] Compromised images

Hi everyone,
When I open the file, the images display incorrectly. If I save the image to my PC, it displays correctly. How can I fix this?

Where is the file when the images are incorrect?
Apache OpenOffice 4.1.16 on Xubuntu 26.04.1 LTS

With LO 25.2, I see indeed a very small pic:

if I hit Reset crop it is fine.
LibreOffice 25.2 on Linux Mint Debian Edition (LMDE 7 Gigi) and 25.2 portable on Windows 11.
