[Solved] LO update problem

I have LO 25.2.0.3 on Windows11 laptop and last week while I was writing a letter I saw the pop up window for an update and I let it installed and all was good.

Yesterday the same happened and I found it strange to have another update so fast but I let it go again. After I click OK, nothing happened like I didn't see the normal window indicating the update progress. So after waiting for a few minutes I restart the laptop and now no LO app works. So went to LO site and installed the latest 26.2.4.2. Now all is good.

Question: any idea what happened?

Difficult to say.
Maybe an issue with the information stored on the server making the applications think they were not up to date.
If you really want an answer, you may be more lucky with the LO mailing list. There is no dev here.

Thank you for your time, my friend also had the same problem so I removed the automatic updates and will do them manually when I want. Most likely must be on the LO server, never had this before to have an update twice within a week.
