[Solved] Alignment Issue When Using Paste Special > Unformatted Text

I tried using the "Paste Special" function in Writer to paste the contents of a forum post as unformatted text. For some reason, the forum post was pasted as center aligned text. Has anyone else encountered this issue?

Unformatted text takes on the formatting of the paragraph into which it is pasted. So if the pilcrow is centred, the text will be too.
This is not an issue.
