No further updates to OpenOffice extensions website
The OpenOffice Extensions website is now read only and won't receive further updates. This includes the extensions which provide spell check dictionaries for various languages. Some LibreOffice extensions may run with OpenOffice too.

Re: No further updates to OpenOffice extensions website
It is no longer possible to search the webpage for Extensions for Apache OpenOffice.
However, most of the files are still there.
You can reach them through Sourceforge where they are stored.
But,.... they don’t have names, but numbers instead.
So, what is what ?
Extensions are stored in: https://sourceforge.net/projects/aoo-extensions/files/
with a sequential number to distinguish them.
Under that number it was possible to store subfolders, also numbered, for
the different versions of the extensions you wanted to upload.
So, if you know the number of your extension, it, probably, is possible to
download it. Not all extensions are safely stored though. Some are really
gone.
It is, on the site of Sourceforge, not possible to search for your
extension by name. It won’t work.
Available extensions (app. 800) are mentioned in a spreadsheet that is
available here:
https://wiki.openoffice.org/w/images/a/ ... 260112.ods,
in the spreadsheet you can search by name and find the number you need.
There is also an URL to a link for a direct download
To download an extension, fill the source URL with the number and,
optionally, the number of the subfolder you want to download.
Like this:
https://sourceforge.net/projects/aoo-ex ... 17102/112/
that will show the downloadpage for the extension: dict-en-20250901_aoo.oxt
(numbers below 112 contain earlier versions of the dictionary)
If you omit the last number for the subfolder, it will take you up one
level and shows you all the available subfolders.
