[Solved] Windows 11 background fill

I recently upgraded to windows 11. Everything is good, except that the background fill no longer works on spreadsheet cells. Any ideas?

Attach a spreadsheet demonstrating the difficulty (remove confidential information then use Post Reply, not Quick Reply, and don't attach a picture instead of the spreadsheet itself). Exactly what actions do you use to set the background fill of a cell? In which specific cell in which sheet to you want to set the background fill?

This attachment should be a Calc spreadsheet. The file name will be something like File.ods. I cannot help with an Excel spreadsheet (File.xls or File.xlsx file name.)

I updated your forum signature from Windows 8 to Windows 11.
Your signature also shows OpenOffice 411. That version does not exist. Do you mean 4.1.1 or 4.1.11 perhaps? Providing the correct version makes it more likely that you will receive appropriate help for your situation.

Found the problem. Display was set to high vis so many colour options didn't work.
