Incorrect formatting of address labels 8162

Using open office 4.1.16 and Windows 11.
I updated my system to windows 11 and also updated Open office from 4.1.15
I print labels once a year so am not an experienced user. Last year the address labels 8162 printed correctly using the old version of open office. This year the labels were not formatted correctly. The alignment was off and the number of labels per page was wrong.
I had to trim the page of labels and limit the number of labels being printed to be able to print my labels this year.
I am hoping that a new version of open office will have correct this problem before I need to print next year!

Might it be that on your current Windows/OpenOffice system the default page size and printer settings are set to a different size than the label template? This could happen unexpectedly if (say) an Eng(UK) version of OO was installed in place of an Eng(US) version, or a similar selection was made for the Windows installation.
