[Solved] Red triangle ▶︎ at end of cell

Can anyone tell me what this red symbol indicates and how to turn it off?

Is it indicating more text hidden below what's visible (it is that with a frame)? Try the right arrow key to see if the cursor moves or stops where it is.

A sample document would be more useful than a picture.

Cell C32 in Tabella3 has two extra lines (red triangle indicates text overflow).
