Currently don't have permission to access this file

I am using Windows 11, I loaded open office 2 years ago and trying to access files I previously created and saved and now i am getting a message:
(Message "currently don't have permission to access this file") I am the administrator on this computer, I don't use any other computer never changed users. but i just need to access the documents. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
