[Solved] Make a column immune to scrolling

Post by CacheRAM »

Greetings.
I tried searching here, but I don't know the correct keywords, so I found nothing I need.
My question is: How do I make Column A static, so that I can scroll through all the columns and still have the row names visible on the screen?
I would like to have Column A visible at all times, no matter how far sideways I scroll.
Thanks!

You are looking to freeze the column - or row as the case may be.

1. Select the row below, or the column to the right of the row or column that you want to be in the frozen region. All rows above, or all columns to the left of the selection are frozen.
To freeze both horizontally and vertically, select the cell that is below the row and to the right of the column that you want to freeze.
2. Choose Window - Freeze.
To deactivate, choose Window - Freeze again.
