I am not familiar with the term
register. Are you asking about sheet tabs? For sheet tabs:
• all the sheet tabs will be the same height; one of them can't be larger than the others
• no setting in OpenOffice will change that size because the height is always the height of the
scroll bar
The scroll bar size is set by your operating system. So if you are running Windows, you have a
Windows question about changing the size of the scroll bar.
