Install error: Drive K: is unavailable

Install error: Drive K: is unavailable

When trying to install Version 4.1.15 I keep getting an error message sating "DRIVE K: is unavailable", when I am trying to install to Drive D:
No where do I have entered anything about DRIVE K:, which of course I do not ewven have.
Any help or advise I can be given/ tia

Hi and welcome to the forum!

What OS? Your signature does not tell anything.
If under Windows, I remember that AOO has sometimes difficulties installing on non standard drives.
Is your Program folder (where all application do usually install) on that K drive?

Else, you can try LibreOffice. Honestly, it is under much more active development and has many more feature. See: [Tutorial] Considering a Switch from OpenOffice to LibreOffice? Some Useful Information.
LibreOffice 25.2 on Linux Mint Debian Edition (LMDE Faye) and 24.8 portable on Windows 11.

Might an earlier installation of OpenOffice have been from a USB drive that is not now plugged in?
Apache OpenOffice 4.1.15 on Xubuntu 22.04.5 LTS

[Solved] Error 1327: Invalid Drive: D:\; But install is on C:\

If this solved your problem please go to your first post use the Edit ✏️ button and add [Solved] to the start of the Subject field. Select the green checkmark icon at the same time.

AOO 4.1.7 Build 9800, MacOS 13.7.5, iMac Intel.   The locale for any menus or Calc formulas in my posts is English (USA).
