Re: Open Office Calc Print Format

Hi and welcome to the forum!

Can you upload a sample file (limited to 128KiB) of the spreadsheet and what it gives when exported as PDF (equivalent to a print)?
See How to attach a document here).
LibreOffice 25.2 on Linux Mint Debian Edition (LMDE 7 Gigi) and 25.2 portable on Windows 11.

If Format → Page → Sheet → Scaling mode is set to one of the Fit to values, then you have told OpenOffice to force changes in the printed sheets to conform to the choice you made. For example, if you have a lot of text and you've told OpenOffice to fit all that text on one printed page, OpenOffice will override your choice of a large font. Can you reproduce the problem if you use Reduce/Enlarge Printout → 100%?

If you need any additional assistance attach or link a spreadsheet demonstrating the difficulty (remove confidential information then use Post Reply, not Quick Reply, and don't attach a picture instead of the spreadsheet itself). I will not help further unless you provide a spreadsheet document. You will need to specify what size paper you are using for printing.
