[Solved] Can't remove delete cells hotkey

I went to Customize->Keyboard and delete bind for "Delete Cells", But still when I press Command+- , the "Delete Cells" Window pops up.

I am unable to reproduce the problem if I restart the application after using Tools → Customize.

If this solved your problem please go to your first post use the Edit ✏️ button and add [Solved] to the start of the Subject field. Select the green checkmark icon at the same time.
