[Solved] Avery 8168 Label template

I'm legally blind and trying to find an interactive template for Avery lbels 8168, which is 4 labels to a page for shipping. 8168 does not show on the new file list. I've been trying everything for days and in tears now because i can't understand the jargon being thrown at me. I cannot see icons... I can barely read. Thank you.

I'm … trying to find an interactive template for Avery labels 8168.

You can create it yourself. Avery's website shows that those labels are 3.5" wide, 5" high, offset 0.5" top/left/bottom/right, 4 to a page.
Avery® Shipping Labels, 3½" x 5", 8168 for 8½ x 11 paper

File → New → Labels
• Labels → Database: You select → Table: Select → Field(s): Select → Format: Sheet → Brand: Avery Letter Size → Type: [User]
• Options → Entire page → Synchronize contents
• Format (inches) → Horiz: 4 → Vert: 5 → Width: 3.5 → Height: 5 → Left: 0.5 → Top: 0.5 → Columns: 2 → Rows: 2
• Save → Brand: Avery Letter Size → Type: 8168 → New Document

Format → Page → Page
• Format: Letter → Width: 8.5 → Height: 11 → Orientation: Portrait → Left: 0.5 → Right: 0 → Top: 0.5 → Bottom: 0 → OK

File → Print → Form letter? → Yes

I think the label settings will be found under Type: J8168 Shipping in the /File /New /Labels dialog. These labels are on A4 sheets.

Thank you, but i'm not finding what you described. I tried making tables but each time I entered something, it extended the length of the cell. I followed your instructions, File → New → Labels • Labels → Database: That's where it ends. there is no area to You select → Table: Select → Field(s): Select → Format: Sheet → Brand: Avery Letter Size → Type: [User]
• Options → Entire page → Synchronize contents
• Format (inches) → Horiz: 4 → Vert: 5 → Width: 3.5 → Height: 5 → Left: 0.5 → Top: 0.5 → Columns: 2 → Rows: 2
• Save → Brand: Avery Letter Size → Type: 8168 → New Document

Thank you RoryOF... your response was perfect. Easy to follow and I managed to print a test copy and it works. I've been trying to figure out how to navidate this site without much luck. Finally think this link will let everyone know that RoryOF is a lifesaver and answered my question. Forgive me, I am legally blind. I have no help. I just lost my husband a couple of months ago and strugglking to keep things together. So, for now, I thank you for all of your suggestions.
