[Dropped] Middle mouse click scroll is bumpy
Middle mouse click that makes it so you can scroll up and down only with moving the mouse is how disabled people like myself navigate-but for some reason on libreoffice writer it's very bumpy, opposite of smooth, and very jarring. Is there a way to make it normal and smooth?

Does selecting Smooth Scroll under Tools | Options | LibreOffice Writer | View make any difference?
