Hey this might be a big ask but I hope this makes sense.
I have a spreadsheet with a tables with a list of names and various values in each column.
What i want to do is have a cell where I can paste a block of text and there will be a trigger to create two new tables but only with the name values that appear in specific places in the block of text.
In the attached file there is a block of text in F3 that has the lines I need and some random junk text for the purpose of testing.
I want 2 new tables with only the rows that contain the names that have rolls. One table for the (1-100) and one for the (1-99), ideally with columns for what they rolled and their Val 3.
If anyone can help it would be appreciated

Quite right, thanks for your help this will be very useful.
Edit: Bonus points if you got a way i can filter the table to only show names that are in the pasted string.
