Export link to local files from Writer to PDF

Hello,
I get some strange things appends when I export my .odt in .pdf.
I have a document in witch are both links for documents .pdf and other kinds of file, inluded directories roots like "c:\etc.."
If I uncheck " in the options "esport URL's relative to filesystem (lets see image attached), when I open the .pdf file with acrobat,
all links works except to .pdf files; vice versa, in reverse opposite case, only links to .pdf files works.
I've tryed all the possible ways but I am not able to solve this probelm.

Another one problem is also how to update root adress of all file in once time, after it is changed.

I attach the .odt file I've done.
