[Solved] Memory of the place of finished work of a text file

Good morning, is this possible in the package? To return to the place where you finished your work after closing the program and the computer. Again, when I open the text file - it appeared loaded in the place where I finished working. Screen view in place of this file?

I don't know if I described exactly what I mean.

I write multi-page documents. Sometimes I end my work somewhere, neither at the beginning nor at the end. Let's say inside. Is it possible to set it somewhere so that when you reopen this file, it loads with the view where it was last saved or closed, and not at the top of the document - at its beginning?

First, make sure that you've filled-in your identity in the Tools > Options settings.

Thank you for your help, it actually started working after entering the Name and Surname data.

I don't understand why such data is necessary for this. What's important is that it works.

I guess that the logic is that only the author needs to go to the last edit position.
Thus, there has to be a setting stored in the document telling who is the author and if it matches the identity stored in the application, then it goes to the last edit position.
