In OpenOffice, you insert two fields, a Page Number and a Page Count separated by "of". The fields are inserted through the menu Insert -> Fields. LibreOffice may have other options.

The latest AOO version is 4.1.17. Only the LibreOffice has 7.5 version today.I have OO 7.5
The latest Still LibreOffice version is 7.5.7, and the Fresh LibreOffice version is 7.6.2.
