Any time my system reboots after updates, the recovery process tries over and over again for months to recover an old file and fails. I have searched for tips on how to clear this but can only find info on older versions of Openoffice and Windows. The guidance I have found refers to deletion of filename Recovery.xcu but can't find this file anywhere on Windows 10. I also have an intermittent problem when trying to open a file on removeable media that was last opened and saved on another computer where the program says the file is locked for editing and I have to save it under a new filename in order to edit it.
