[Dropped] Blue cell border lines

I have no idea why this happened. The border lines around each cell used to be black or default. Now all of a sudden, starting with row 22, they all are blue. I use AOO 4.0.4. Here is a screenshot:

My first guess would be that some way or another you have selected those rows and activated the horizontal borders. Try to select the whole sheet and hit Ctrl+M to reset the formatting.

Thanks Hagar. I don't want to upload the spreadsheet since there is sensitive information that can't be removed, like encoded in File > Properties.

Also, I checked under Format > Cells > Borders with the rows selected, and no borders are turned on. There is also no reason for them to be blue. AFAIK, you can change the color of the font or cell background, but not any borders.

In File > Properties, uncheck Apply user data, click the button Reset Properties and save the file under another name.

The picture suggests the lines are row breaks. Our assistance will be limited if you decline to provide a sample file which demonstrates the problem. Here is similar discussion: [Solved-Workaround] Page break on every line

Edit: 2023-05-13 19:51 UTC I added a post to that topic with my analysis of why it happened. mileena's situation could be different. I can't tell because we have no attachment yet.

If this solved your problem please go to your first post use the Edit ☐ button and add [Solved] to the start of the Subject field. Select the green checkmark icon at the same time.

It doesn't seem to be a bug report for that. No clear fix either...

Hi I am going to update tonight, when I am home where I can access my desktop. I am on Pacific Time on the west coast of the USA, so it will be later for most reading this. Thanks for the help so far! SPOILER ALERT: Mr Programmer was right. The lines are multiple page breaks which I never inserted.
