[Solved] Show only desired rows

Post by brannsiu »

This is a picture of example. For example, how to show only rows that contain "A"?
and can I show only rows that contain "A" or "B"? (i.e. both are shown)

Re: How to show only desired rows?

You can do this using the menu item Data -> Filter. To select for a single value, you can use the AutoFilter. For multiple conditions, use the Standard Filter. Start with the cursor at the top of the cell range you want to filter and have a heading there if possible.
