[Solved] Autocorrect text to use bold font
[Solved] Autocorrect text to use bold font
I have a situation where I have a large number of Drivers and Buddys where the drivers names are in bold text but it is difficult to remeber all these when i put them ontothe roster. Is there anyway Autocorrect can reaise that John Smith should show as John Smith?

I think, that your data table has not a well developed structure. Never use a formatting property as some DATA (in this case as a flag of the Drivers). Use more than one column for the Drivers and others.

As a start, does this layout make sense for the first table?

Nope sorry the fullsheet shows the full week which is published as a picture on whatsapp. This is set in stone as some dont use computers.
I have attached a blank. It wont work to just use some spots as driver and set to bold as changes during the week and drivers move slots so the only way I could see it working is if it could set certain names to bold,

Re: Autocorrect Bold Text
No. But you can use Format → Conditional Formatting to automatically set bold font for specified names as you enter them. This attachment does that for names Alice and Bob. Any set of names can be specified in column A of the Bold sheet. Add Ann in cell A4 and that name will be set in bold too.
Read about Conditional Formatting in Help → Index or in User Guides (PDF) or searching for topics about the feature in the Calc Forum.
If this solved your problem please go to your first post use the Edit button and add [Solved] to the start of the Subject field. Select the green checkmark icon at the same time.
