Try this repaired file where some of the styles will appear differently.

There were multiple instances of corrupted style definitions (IIRC T5, T31 and T32) where they were reported as having duplicate attributes. As I don't know XML well enough to identify which duplicates were causing the problem I copied T1 and pasted it for T5, T31 and T32.

This is a well known bug in AOO - you are strongly recommended to move to LO which does not have this bug.

Opened without error for me - I have resaved it, and attach that file; perhaps it will open for you.

The file gave no error in content.xml, although the Saved file is now considerably smaller.

Open a copy of the .ods file with an archiver (typically winzip or 7-zip). Extract content.xml (or the file in which Open- or Libre-Office identifies the problem). With an XML editor verify the code contained in the extracted .xml file, and make any adjustments necessary to get the code to pass inspection. Then reinsert the repaired .xml file, close up the archive, and pray that it will work.

If you are repeatedly getting errors in this one Calc file, as seems to be the case, I think you need to revise the formatting you are applying. I cannot identify precisely what is causing the problem: do you need all this formatting?

There is probably something wrong with the file.

1. File > New > Calc spreadsheet.
2. Copy the contents of the old file and paste them into the new, empty file.

Does that fix it?

What I meant is you should create the new file and use it for a few days. The new file should not give the Format errors which the old file gives.

See how this looks; and I strongly suggest, in addition to what John_Ha suggests, that you adopt some form of incremental backup process. You might consider installing the Timestamped backup extension, which will allow you to make multiple, timestamped backups of your document. Note that this must be invoked separately from your normal Save.
