Program auto updates to same version!

Hello,

Am running version 2.3.1 but whenever I open Calc the application starts downloading an update which appears on my desktop as OOo_2.3.1_Win32Intel_install_wJRE_en-US.exe this despite the fact that I have unchecked the auto update options in the Tools, Options, online update tab.

Any idea what is going on? this is really annoying. Thank you!

Try to rename your OOo user profile (\Documents and settings\<user>\Application data\OpenOffice.org2), it may a problem of rights on the configuration files.
