Copying user customising
Copying user customising
I've been using LibreOffice for a while on my Linux-powered laptop and it works fine. I never tried to make it look like my long-used OpenOffice, though, as I didn't use it regularly. Now I'm switching to LibreOffice on my PC, I've customised the desktop so that it looks exactly like that of OO. Question is, is there an export facility for the settings that can be imported on to my laptop version to save me repeating the process?
OpenOffice 4.1.5 on Windows 7
Re: Copying user customising
Simply copy the LibreOffice User Profile from one computer to another.
Apache OpenOffice 4.1.16 on Xubuntu 24.04.4 LTS
Re: Copying user customising
Copy the user profile from the desktop - see [Tutorial] The OpenOffice User Profile which will also work for LO.

I hate this damn computer, I wish that I could sell it.
It won't do what I want it to, Only what I tell it.
