Open Office won't open. It doesn't matter if I go to the icon on desktop or if I go to File Explorer or any other place, it won't open. Nothing happens. I try to type specific document names that I want to open in search and they won't open.
Does anyone have any ideas on what to do?

Itseems that OpenOffice has a hung process. The easiest fix is to reboot the computer. If you cannot do that for some reason, press the three keys Ctrl Shift Esc simultaneously to bring up the Task Manager. On the Details tab, look for any processes whose name starts with soffice. Notice the initial s in soffice. Click on the process and then click the End Task button. Windows will bring up a warning about losing data, but can ignore that. The process is already hung, so any data loss is going to happen one way or another. Once all the soffice processes are gone, try opening a document.
