[Solved] Unprotecting documents when received via email

Post by dieauv »

I've sent some text documents, saved as Word, to a friend. He says the documents are "protected", and he is unable to print, change, or update the documents. I've checked, and none of the documents are password protected. I appreciate any help/suggestions you can provide.

Emailed documents must be Saved to the local hard drive before they can be edited. Until then, they are in an email owed area which does not permit them be edited or Saved.

After saving the file, right click it and choose UNBLOCK if it has been set.
