Accidentally discarded an untitled file
Hello smart people - I accidentally selected "discard" instead of "save" for an untitled file and lost hours of work. I've looked in my Application Support backup folder and temp, but nothing. Am I out of luck?

I think you might be out of luck, but you could try the suggestions in this tutorial
If nothing there works, the only other recovery option that I'm aware of is expensive and, due to Covid-19, might not even be available, as it requires you to send your hard drive to a data recovery company.
