Formula editor insert some pictures

When I type same of the math operators like "=", "*", "+" etc. Formula editor insert same pictures like save icon, ball etc.

It is shown on the picture in attachment

Check your Windows\Fonts if there is an 'OpenSymbol' or 'OpenSymbol Standard' truetype font available. The Properties should show the filename opens___.ttf (three underscores). If the font is not accessible for Math it may replace it wrongly.
On Windows 10: LibreOffice 25.2.4 and older versions, PortableOpenOffice 4.1.7 and older, StarOffice 5.2
