ASCII Filter Options - showed after reboot

To All:

Please assist with ooO. My system improperly shut down on me while was working with Writer. I tried opening the document but the ASCII FILTER OPTIONS screen prompted me to select an option.

Why is this happening? Now I can't seem to open my document and i really need this fixed. Please assist

Then use a 3rd party file sharing web site, some links given here: How to attach a document here.

But I'm not very optimistic, especially if it was in .doc format.
