Hyperlink not active

Hi,

I am attempting to create a URL link with the Hyperlink tool.
Although the URL is accepted and shows the URL info when hovered
the link itself is dead,

Has anyone else experienced this. And is there a FIX ?

Do you hit the CTRL key when clicking the link?
