Corrupted file, .docx with LibreOffice, please help recove

Hi,

My docx with libre Office is corrupted. It's been like 20 hours of work since the last version. I HAVE to recover this version. Can you help me? I try to change the file in .zip to delete some lines in the content.xml, but I can't! The file don't change to a zip even if I change the extension. I have Microsoft 7.
