Hello everybody i have openoffice.org 2.4.1 running on windows xp, i just install it but every programm of openoffice.org (writer, calc,...) wont start.
Please help me.

no error msg i have norton for antivirus.

If you switch it off, any change?
NB: in the task manager, see if there is several soffice.bin/exe processes. Kill them all and restart OOo.
