Installing open office

I cannot install the program the following message is displayed, "Error 0x800704C8 "Requested operation cannot be performed on a file with a user mapped section open". I cannot find a solution to this. Any suggestions? Thank You.

Have you tried Google with the words "Error 0x800704C8"? You will get plenty of answers, and it seems to be linked to a bad interaction between Vista, your anti-virus and the action to copy some files (certainly during the OOo installation process).
