[Solved] Getting a series of errors at start-up

When I start Open Office 3.0 I get the following list of errors in order that they show on the picture.

I installed the program earlier today

I am using the following version on Vista Home Premium SP1;

OOo-dev 3.0.0
DEV300m27 (Build:9336)

Any ideas how to correct these?
