Welcome beginner. Please answer all of the questions below which may provide information necessary to answer your question.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Which version of OpenOffice.org are you using? OOO 2.4.1
What Operating System (version) are you using? Windows XP
What is your question or comment?
Is there a way to Customize your Open dialog box? For instance, when you click File > Open, and the Open window pops up...how can I add more shortcuts of common file locations on my computer to the sidebar for quick access? Any ideas?
Thanks,
Ian

Re: Customize OPEN Dialog Box
I don't think it's possible with the OOo dialogs (Tools>Options>OOo>General>Use OOo dialogs for Open/Save). But if you use the OS dialogs, it may be possible depending on the OS.
Else, you've to tweak the OOo source code I guess.
