Is there a Letter Wizard?

Dear Open Office experts,
Is there a 'Letter Wizard' tool in Open office as there was in MS Word, or a tutorial explaining how to do the equivalent of Letter Wizard in Open Office?

Thank you. Unfortunately your reply does not help me. File > Template leads not to a letter wizard but to a submenu containing 'Organise', 'Save', and 'Edit'.

I have found File > Wizards > (submenu) 'Letters' but clicking this gives me the response 'JRE required. OpenOffice requires a Java untime environment (JRE) to perform this task. Please install a JRE and restart OpenOffice. OK'. Can anyone please tell me where to get a JRE and how to install it?
