How to open Draw without page pane

I can't find how to always open Draw without displaying the Page Pane. I don't want to have to close the Page Pane every time I run Draw.

Yeah, for some reason, the View > Page Pane setting is not sticky.

I don't know of any workaround. You can click on the panel grip instead of View > Page Panel: OFF. That's a simple click to hide/show the page panel. Again, that isn't sticky so you have to repeat every time.
