Printing with mail merge

When printing in mail merge the following dialog box appears "Your document contains addres database fields. Do you want to print a form letter?" In this box you can mark "Do not show this warning again". How can you make this undone.

Run the macro shown in the 3ed Code section.

Upgrade to the latest version of OOo. That check box has been eliminated because of questions like yours.
