Re: Unable to use "Flip" command
Greetings and welcome to the community forum!
Do you have any object(s) selected?
Do you have any text objects selected? Text objects (apparently) can't be flipped; maybe there are others also.

Re: Unable to use "Flip" command
Yes, Thank you. I found that if the objects contain any text, they can't be flipped. If I remove the text objects, it works.

Re: Unable to use "Flip" command
I can flip objects containing text (double click on shape and start typing), but the text does not flip (just rotates, no mirroring).
To get flipped text, it seems that you need to convert to graphic (curve or polygon). Then you have flippable text (but alas, no longer editable as text).
Text objects can't be flipped. If you add a text object to a group, that group object can't be flipped either. Remove text object from group, and you can flip.
From the problem description I assume that this is what you have tried.

Re: Unable to use "Flip" command
Yes, thank you for your response. I have used many other draw and CAD software in the past and never had this issue with "flip". Just have to learn how this one behaves.
