Error message - board has reached its limit of attachments

I tried to upload an attachment earlier today on the Writer forum and got an error message saying that the board had reached its limit of attachments.
LO 6.4.4.2, Windows 10 Home 64 bit

I've deleted all orphaned files (700+) and since it didn't free much space, I also added 100MB. Attachments had reached the quota (700MB).
LibreOffice 25.2 on Linux Mint Debian Edition (LMDE Faye) and 24.8 portable on Windows 11.

Oops. I assumed that required a system admin to change the settings.

I should have checked and I could have taken care of it. Sorry!
