Hello and thanks in advance for any insight!
Without going into detail, I am using a spreadsheet to measure weights. Subject A: I measure weight every week and record it. Subject B: I measure weight for three weeks, then miss a few weeks, then start again.
Subject A has a continuous, connected line connecting the data points. Subject B has the same for three weeks, then a gap, then it continues as the weight is measured.
I would like to connect on the graph the last data point at the end of the three weeks to the first data point at the beginning of measuring again. How can I do this?
Thanks again.

Re: Connecting two data points on a line chart
Double click on the graph to put it in edit mode and then right click on the data series with the gap. Choose Format Data Series. On the Options tab select Plot Missing Values - Continue Line.
