[Solved] Quick launch opener not on taskbar???

I just reinstalled OO (clean XP install) and the quick launch icon is not on the taskbar (lower right).
I cannot find any info on how to get it to show up there. (or any other reference to it)

Tools - Options - Memory - Load OpenOffice.org during Startup

What is strange is that if you had it in your install previously, it normally picks it up on the reinstall...
