[Solved] Every word shows as mispelled

It is almost as if the entire dictionary has been erased because every single word I type shows as misspelled. Even the simple words such as "it" "as" etc... etc...

It was working fine until one day when I opened my manuscript to work on it every thing was indicated as misspelled. Has anyone else had this problem and if so please tell me there is a fix.

I just tried following the instructions in the troubleshooting spell check and it did not solve my issue.

Each step has screenshots where you can compare your settings. Do you find any that would show such a difference somewhere?
Are you sure that the language displayed in the status bar is correct?

All the settings were correct.

I had to do the user profile modification thing. It seems to have taken care of it. I appreciate the help.
