I am creating a database for a non-profit and what I am running into is each family could have as many as 12 kids in the family.
What I have done is created fields in my form for "child1name" "child2Name" "child3name" etc up to 12
Now what I want to do is have a label called Children and then have it list the names of the kids like Bob, Ted, Sally, etc.
How do I do this so it will search all 12 fields and then report only those that have names in them. One family may have 2 kids where one family may have 7.
I am new to all this so Thank You,
JAGS
