[Solved] ODB-file not opening: select filter opening instead

Hi,

I'm having serious trouble with a database file with the extension .ODB

Until today I had no trouble, but after making a query and a rapport and saving the file, I got a series of error massages (3) and now the file won't open. I get the select filter-pop up window instead. Choosing the ODf-database option only brings out more error-windows ("unknown imagefile" and "general error").

I have searched the forum and found the ZIP-solution. Tried it but the new ODB-file doesn't have a script and data that I can replace with the old ones...

What to do? I have some important work to do with the data and I am a bit lost at the moment!

Well,

A workaroun solution. I found the back-up folder. There were ten back-up files with the right size and ten backup files of 0kb.

I don't know what went wrong and I can't give a solution for those who have the same problem. Maybe someone can post a solution on behalf of them!
