[Issue] -nofirststartwizard switch in Openoffice 3 beta

The "-nofirststartwizard" switch suppresses the usual "wizard," but still shows first-time users a single screen that asks whether the user wants to register. The other screens of the wizard do not appear and are suppressed successfully with the switch, though. This occurs in Openoffice 3.0 beta, build BEA300_m2, Windows XP SP3.
