I siphoned through a decent amount of posts on here to try to find the answer to this -- but it seemed like most were more complicated than what I was looking for. Basically, all I want to know is when I'm done running a query, and I get back my results in OpenOffice's Table Data View, how can I move that data to Excel?
When I run a query using SequelPro on my Mac, if I hit Ctrl+A, then right-click and hit "Copy with Column Headers" -- something like that is essentially exactly what I'm looking for, but I can't figure out how to copy more than one cell at a time, as I'm new to Open Office.
If there's a way to export the results table into an .xls or .csv or something similar, that would work as well.
Thanks for the help!

Re: Export and/or Copy Query Results into Excel
If you registered your base file when you created it, then you have a simple solution. Open a new Calc document and press F4. A window will open showing, on the left, a list of all your registered Base files. Expand the view of the appropriate file by clicking the + next to its name and then expand the list of queries. Drag the query icon into the Calc document. This will cause the query results to appear in the Calc file. It may take a while if the query returns many rows. You can then save the Calc file as a csv or xls file.
